Job Title: AU Accounts Administrator

Are you an experienced accounting professional seeking a new challenge? This role as an AU Accounts Administrator is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and making a meaningful contribution to a dynamic team.

As an AU Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for performing accounts payable and receivable tasks for the Marketing team. You will also be required to enter invoices into the spreadsheet, categorize them by department and portfolio auction depending on expenditure, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and input data per company.

Qualifications for this role include 1-2 years of experience in an accounts administration position, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook), at least intermediate level in MS Excel, ability to meet deadlines, show high attention to detail, willingness to learn, diligence, persistence, resilience, and process-driven mindset.

A strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy are essential for this role. As a motivated team player, you must be willing to help others, flexible, punctual, reliable, and accountable. Experience with MYOB accounting software and working for an Australian Real Estate company would be beneficial but not necessary.
