Financial Operations Manager

Experience financial excellence in a mid-level Senior Accountant role. We are looking for an individual to oversee our financial operations across entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while supporting the management team with clear reporting and insights.
- Manage the finance inbox and address financial and administrative inquiries promptly.
- Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.
- Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.
- Assist the accounting team with month-end closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero and a strong understanding of accounting concepts. They will also have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel.
