Financial Operations Manager

This is a hands-on financial role designed for a well-rounded accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping and financial operations.
- General reconciliation of financial records and transactions.
- Maintain and update supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy in Xero.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and rectify errors.
- Follow up with suppliers for outstanding accounts and ensure timely payment.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures.
- Support other business functions as required.
- Collections and accounts receivable.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
