Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Growth Strategist to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients, and represent our approach to media acquisition and its tools.

You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations, building trust and strong client relationships.

This role requires a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused approach, with a passion for challenges, taking ownership of outcomes, and driving high-performance marketing strategies.

Essential Skills
  • During the kick-off period: hard work, skill development, quick feedback, timely quality delivery, perseverance, and learning from repeated exercises.
  • Onboarding involves aligning with the team, managing and collaborating with pod members, maintaining data integrity, executing Prophet system, building Growth Forecasts, analyzing data, aligning marketing calendars, monitoring and adjusting campaigns to meet KPIs, implementing tests, and contributing to strategic plans.
  • Quality of work includes Delta within 5% of the Forecast, daily alignment with client strategy, Prophet system execution on time and with high quality.
  • Client communication entails leading growth map goals, providing daily performance updates, ensuring alignment with strategy and forecast, participating in weekly strategy calls.
  • Contributing back involves sharing learnings system-wide and collaborating across teams.
