Job Description

This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role that offers the ideal blend of doing and leading. You will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy and eCommerce performance across all customer-facing storefronts.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape our tech stack and select the right email, automation, and performance tools to support international growth. This role also includes ownership of email marketing to distributors and salons, including campaign development, platform selection, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, optimize, and grow regional Shopify storefronts and marketplace shopfronts (Amazon and eBay)
  • Create and maintain product listings, including imagery, descriptions, SEO, category alignment, and compliance
  • Build and execute promotional campaigns across website, email, social, paid media, and marketplaces
  • Setting & managing social business storefronts (eg. TikTok, etc.), integrated with Shopify as necessary.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for both B2C (consumers) and B2B (distributors, salons, educators), using a platform of your choosing
  • Lead digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, and optimise campaign performance
  • Brief and/or create campaign assets — including banners, landing pages, email content, and marketplace visuals
  • Monitor performance using GA4, marketplace dashboards, and ad/email analytics
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure unified messaging and market alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement of the eCommerce tech stack and marketing automation workflows
