Senior QA Automation Lead

\

As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will oversee the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our products.

\

Responsibilities include leading the QA team in defining testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices, as well as driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing.

\

Additional responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts, monitoring automation test coverage, reviewing test results, and maintaining and enhancing the automation framework.

\

Requirements for this role include at least 5 years experience in both manual and automation testing and 1 year experience in leading a team. Key skills include experience with test planning, execution, and automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.

\

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
