Lead, Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA professional to lead our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure effective testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Perform API and performance testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Analyze and report on test metrics and KPIs using tools like JIRA.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in software testing with a mix of manual and automated testing experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a lead or mentoring role within a QA team.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins and Git.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and ceremonies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and proactively suggest improvements in testing processes.
