Job Overview

This position combines digital marketing execution with brand design ownership to drive results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for newsletters and campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize HubSpot workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and subscriber growth.
  • Contribute to the development of social media content, collaborating with the video editor on video posts.
  • Publish a monthly blog on the company website.
  • Craft case studies in collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Manage lead imports from Predictive Index (Salesforce) three times a week.
  • Evaluate leads based on their ICP fit and provide scoring & notes for the BDM.
  • Produce 6–12 creative assets per month, including ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, and more.
  • Maintain a high-quality brand asset library and ensure all visuals are aligned.
  • Design sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
  • Submit a monthly report on marketing performance covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social media, and YouTube.
  • Recommend optimization or creative experimentation ideas each month.

Key requirements include skills in HubSpot, Canva, Adobe/InDesign tools, confident content creation, lead operations knowledge, and reporting mindset. This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
