Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Database Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to design, develop, and implement data solutions using SQL Server.

This role involves understanding business requirements, designing data models, building data transformations, and developing SQL Server stored procedures and views.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Build data transformations using SQL Server integration services (SSIS).
  • Develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to support the ETL process.
  • Create documentation of solutions, including data models, configurations, and setup.
  • Work with data warehouse development and SSIS and SSRS reporting.
  • Implement technical specifications through reports that support decision-making.
  • Analyze the current ETL process, define new systems, and use Power BI and SSRS to create dashboards and interactive visual reports.
  • Collaborate with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
  • Experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis.
  • Ability to develop SSIS-based integrations with external data sources via APIs and CSV/flat file downloads.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
