This is a key leadership role within our organization, driving business growth and revenue through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our marketing efforts from end-to-end.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Leverage market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track results to inform iterative improvements.
  • Present strategic plans and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership
  • Design and implement omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels.
  • Optimise conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
Content Creation & Management
  • Lead content ideation and creation for engaging blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs.
  • Manage and repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach and impact.
Campaign Execution & Management
  • Raise paid ad campaigns from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, including cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), etc.
  • Analyse data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot to provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Demonstrable success managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy skills.
  • Advanced expertise with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing tangible results delivered in previous roles.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote position that requires alignment and transparency. Successful candidates will be expected to collaborate during core working hours and disclose any existing client work or roles.
