A forward-thinking Financial Director is required to lead the finance team and provide strategic support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

This role involves leading the finance team to deliver accurate and timely management information to the Board and departments. The successful candidate will also develop and implement financial reporting processes and business systems, ensuring compliance with all tax and statutory matters.

The Finance Director will be responsible for producing and interpreting management accounts, generating cash flow and budgeting requirements, and ensuring the year-end audit is performed properly. Experience working with financial forecasting software is highly desirable.

To be considered for this role, you will need an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) and 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management position. You should also have strong proficiency in financial software and databases.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the finance team to deliver accurate and timely management information to the Board and departments.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and business systems.
  • Support the MD and the company in the budgetary planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls, and reconciliations are performed properly.
  • Produce and interpret management accounts.
  • Generate and maintain the groups cash flow and budgeting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory matters.
Requirements
  • Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or CIMA).
  • 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management position.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.
Benefits
  • $2,700,000 - $3,500,000 per month.
