Job Title: Trade Deductions Expert

We are seeking a diligent professional to join our Customer Experience team as a Trade Deductions Expert. This exciting opportunity involves driving client value through financial support, distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing.


About the Role
  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation.
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items.
  • Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected.
  • Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining the details of their customer portals.
  • Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Take responsibility for department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • A background or education in Accounting.
  • Business-level English fluency required.
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred.
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships.
