Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, administer enterprise production servers, file servers, email systems, and application servers
  • Ensure computer operations are performing properly for employee use, directly or through subordinates
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software applications, monitor performance, and resolve problems with computers
  • Recommend improvements and program changes, install new operating system versions, and assist in installing hardware upgrades
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering or related courses
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration
  • Relevant experience in Fortinet, Sophos, Bitdefender, and VPAT
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA network/security, CCNA is an advantage

Responsibilities Details

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements. They will also be responsible for coordinating the integration of new systems and applications into our existing systems and network.
