We are currently seeking an experienced Network Security Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 per year.

Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the proper functioning of computer operations for employees, either directly or through subordinates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise production servers, file servers, email systems, and application servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise production servers, file servers, email systems, and application servers.
  • Ensure that computer operations are performing properly for the use by employees, either directly or through subordinates.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software applications; monitor performance and resolve any problems with computers.
  • Recommend improvements and program changes as needed.
  • Install new versions/releases of operating systems.
  • Assist in installing new hardware upgrades/products.
  • Keep management apprised of system performance and contact appropriate vendors for software/hardware problem resolution.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
  • Relevant experience in Fortinet, Sophos, Bitdefender, VPAT.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA network/security, CCNA (an advantage).
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
  • Experience in network configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Experience in deployment, configuration, and management of virtual machines and virtualized infrastructure.
  • Experience with storage provisioning, RAID configuration, data backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks, analyze system metrics, and optimize system performance.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and strong documentation skills.
  • Amenability to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna.

  • Server Administration (VMWare, Windows Server Administration (Windows Server, DHC, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy), Windows, Linux)
  • Backup and Recovery (Veeam, Native backup(MS SQL))
  • Network (Cisco, HP, SAN Switch)
  • Storage (NAS(Synology), SANs(HP MSA))
