  3. Ability to manage staff and volunteers effectively.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to network at various levels.
  7. Ability to travel for extended periods and adapt to field working conditions.
  8. Ability to identify and address challenges that may arise during program implementation.
  9. Computer proficiency (MS applications).
