IT Security Strategic Leader

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive IT security strategies to safeguard company assets, systems, and networks from internal and external threats.

This key role involves fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices while providing expert guidance to senior management on all technical security-related matters.

The strategic leader will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, staying up-to-date with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with overall information security goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT security team, promoting a culture of security awareness and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on IT security, providing guidance and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT security team, including incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring and investigation.
  • Manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and other security tools.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ISO 27001.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • 5-10 years of experience in an IT security role.
