Senior Manager, Security Assurance Role

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our assurance initiatives and drive strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive security programs ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate external audits and develop remediation strategies.
  • Assess and improve existing security controls identifying gaps in risk management processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on security frameworks and contribute to the organization's security strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cybersecurity frameworks, including HITRUST, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS. They will be responsible for managing external audit engagements and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our security posture.

Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in information security with a focus on assurance and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as HITRUST CSF, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading external audit engagements.
