Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execute plans to drive user acquisition and retention.



About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including managing paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to achieve business goals.
  2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
  3. Oversee and manage affiliate programs, ensuring strong partnerships with key affiliates.
  4. Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) across all marketing channels, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  6. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  7. Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools, including Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
