We are seeking an experienced Data Platform SRE Analyst to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring reliability, performance, and cost optimization for platforms like Snowflake, Looker, Alteryx, Power BI, and more. As a key member of our team, you will contribute significantly to the development of automation initiatives, support platform health, track SLAs, and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform application administration tasks, including installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • Monitor platform health, track SLAs, and resolve issues in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable \'shift-left\' operational models.
  • Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.
  • Contribute to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work across multiple technical domains.
