Responsibilities -Responsible for over-all supervision Engineering Launch Management for Textile (AB Fabric / SB Webbing). Responsible for new model and engineering change management including monitoring of necessary material. Sets and plans section's Objectives for the improvement and establishment of new product requirements, systems and procedures, setting-up production baseline data and machine installation.

Monitors availability of material, equipment and other necessary accessories or tooling prior to start of new model, line, process and/or every revision to be made. Ensures quality concerns i.e. reject/NG occurrence and the like are settled/resolved prior to start of mass production. Evaluates subordinates' work performance & attitude, particularly Engineering Leaders, and encourage them to perform at their full potential.

Guarantees that Textile Launch group function is in place and implemented. Ensures that customer requirement i.e. event samples, PPAP documents, etc. are met and submitted/delivered on-time. Qualifications -Must be graduate of any Engineering courses

Must have full understanding of Engineering functions particularly launch management

Must have deep knowledge on drawing interpretation and implementation to production line

Preferably has knowledge or experience in CAD system

Possess good communication skills and can deal with all levels in organization
