Key Objectives

We seek a skilled Senior Level Software Project Manager who will collaborate with our development teams to deliver high-quality software projects on time, within budget, and meeting required standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Create detailed project plans outlining tasks, dependencies, and resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the software development team, ensuring they have necessary tools and support to complete work efficiently. Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress to address emerging issues.
  • Communication: Regularly update stakeholders, team members, and partners on project progress, risks, and issues. Facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure software meets quality standards through thorough testing, code reviews, and implementation of quality processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall project success.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Jira Administration: 2-3 years of experience.
  • Coda or Equivalent Platforms: Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms such as Notion, Airtable, etc.
  • Jira Workflows: Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, and Agile boards.
  • Automation Rules and AI-based Task/Reporting Tools: Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools.
  • Basic Scripting/API Familiarity: Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication and Multitasking Skills: Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Software Project Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in software project management.
  • Software Development Experience: Minimum 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Project Management Experience in Software Development Environment: Proven experience as a project manager in a software development environment.
  • Experience Overseeing Software Development: Experience overseeing software development using technologies like AngularJS, Node.js, AWS, and Flutter.
  • In-depth Understanding of Management Information Systems: In-depth understanding of Management Information Systems, software development, IT infrastructure, and relational database systems.
  • Remote Team Management Experience: Experience managing a team remotely.
