Job Title: Senior Software Tester

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Tester to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and analyzing quality concerns, and communicating quality metrics to the team. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software
  • Identify and analyze quality concerns, and communicate quality metrics to the team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing (functional, non-functional, regression)
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience leading a team or mentoring/coaching other testers is desirable
