ESG Reporting Expert

The mission of this position is to drive sustainability and environmental stewardship in a fast-growing organization.

This role will shape the company's ESG reporting framework, ensuring compliance with global standards while reflecting the organization's values.

As a key member of the team, you will design and implement systems to track, communicate, and improve the company's environmental, social, and governance performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design and lead ESG reporting framework, aligned with ISO 14001 and global standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFC Performance Standards)
  • Prepare quarterly and annual ESG metrics reporting
  • Deliver accurate, timely ESG reports for internal, regulatory, and investor audiences
  • Partner with teams across the business to source, verify, and consolidate ESG data
  • Develop ESG-related policies, procedures, and data collection tools
  • Lead the ISO 14001 certification process, coordinate audits, and ensure ongoing compliance
