Job Title: Payroll Processing Professional">

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced payroll professional to ensure accurate and timely processing of global workforce payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Process semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees within US, Canada, and Australia.">
  • Upload Canada and Australia payroll data into third-party vendor systems for processing.">
  • Utilize Workday to process US payroll.">
  • Partner with global teams to ensure timely receipt of payroll data to meet strict processing deadlines.">
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure completion, review, and approval of hourly timecards.">
  • Analyze payrolls for all pay groups.">
  • Ensure accurate data for new hires, employee changes, leave of absence, and terminations.">
  • Comply with state final pay requirements for termination payments and process in a timely manner.">
  • Respond to and/or complete unemployment claims.">
  • Monitor the payroll inbox and respond to email inquiries promptly.">
  • Participate in Year End reconciliation and Year Begin preparation.">
  • Assist with payroll-related audits.">
  • Research and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2-4 years of dedicated U.S. payroll experience.">
  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Workday for U.S. payroll processing.">
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.">
  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in understanding and applying tax laws related to payroll.">
  • Ability to read and interpret payroll registers and audit reports effectively.">
  • A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.">
  • Proactive, efficient, and capable of working independently.">
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.">
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.">
  • Ability to multi-task and manage strict processing deadlines.">
  • Willingness and ability to work Pacific Coast (PST) hours.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Experience with India payroll.">
  • Experience processing payroll for Canada and Australia.">
  • Global payroll experience, including APAC regions like Singapore and China.">
  • Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) payroll.">
  • Familiarity with local payroll tax filings and statutory compliance in various countries.">
  • Experience using Jira ticketing system or similar.">
  • Proficiency in Google applications (Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets).">
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).">
