Finance Business Partner Role Overview

This finance role is a vital component of our organization's operational infrastructure, facilitating seamless collaboration between financial and business units.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices for payment requests, ensuring timely and accurate accounting, and maintaining accurate payment records.

Additionally, this role involves providing administrative support to the finance team, implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures, and collaborating with designated business units to align financial objectives with operational goals.

As a fully remote position, this opportunity allows candidates to work from the comfort of their own location while contributing to the organization's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.
  • Ensure all payments are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.
Administrative Functions:
  • Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Business Unit Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.
