Customer Support Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a customer support specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Assist customers with product information, quotations, and order status updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone and email manner.
  • High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
