Key Role: Influencer Collaboration Specialist

We seek an experienced influencer collaboration specialist to assist our organization in cultivating strategic partnerships with social media influencers and content creators.

  • Identify suitable influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Promote high-quality, on-brand content showcasing our products and benefits by collaborating with influencers and content creators.
  • Oversee collaborations, influencer gifting, and commission management via Shopify.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to monitor and engage with Instagram comments, fostering strong relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies by tracking key metrics such as engagement and reach.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Shopify processes including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with influencers and partners.
  • A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and staying current with digital trends.
