Commercial Workspace Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Workspace Designer. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in the development of creative workspace solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present innovative, visually appealing workspace designs using industry-leading software and tools.
- Create accurate project drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations that support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure design continuity and alignment with project requirements.
- Review architectural plans, conduct code analyses, and incorporate building site conditions into workspace designs.
- Conduct field verifications, furniture inventories, and measurements to ensure design accuracy.
- Self-review and quality check all project deliverables prior to distribution to stakeholders.
- Prepare and transmit final documentation for order entry and installation.
- Provide technical drawings and coordination details to external partners.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including CET Designer and AutoCAD.
- Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to collaborate effectively in a U.S.-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial furniture, workspace design, or a related industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with competing deadlines.
