Plant Maintenance Engineering Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Maintenance Engineering Manager to oversee regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field and relevant experience in plant or industrial maintenance roles.

Certification such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus, and proficiency in Maintenance systems and AutoCAD software is essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute maintenance tasks with minimal operational disruption
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
  • Stay current on industry best practices and technologies
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
  • Relevant experience in plant or industrial maintenance roles
  • Certification such as CMRP (optional)
  • Proficiency in Maintenance systems and AutoCAD software
