Financial Insights Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Insights Professional to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance metrics.
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across all business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives, product launches, and investments.
  • Analyze gross margin, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operating expenses to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Help optimize financial processes, tools, and reporting systems as the organization scales.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or a similar finance role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce business models (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and business intelligence/reporting tools (Omni BI or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance team members.
