The Role of Account Director - Commerce involves leading the success and growth of B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. As a key member of the Partner Success team at Hopper, you will support our partners across flights, hotels, cars, and packages. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, your focus will be on executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for Hopper Commerce from onboarding to sustained growth, maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English is required.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is beneficial.
