Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee the management of employee records, payroll processing, benefits administration, and other compensation related tasks.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in maintaining employee records.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Promote a positive and healthy work environment through effective HR policies and procedures.


Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in HR software.
