Marketing Job Role

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on delivering measurable ROI and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns on various platforms.
  • Conduct research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Write effective campaign copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and daily spend to ensure efficient use of funds.

  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI-positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
