The Logistics Associate is responsible for managing and coordinating various operational processes.

  • Verifying pre- and post-operational accomplishments and requirements.
  • Examining and updating transactions of transfer receipts and prescribing receiving handling and storage guidelines for finished goods from manufacturing.
  • Verifying and checking all issuances of materials and supplies for production and distribution.
  • Providing accurate inventory counts daily and coordinating with the Inventory Controller in analyzing inventory discrepancies.
  • Controlling and leading warehouse operations in handling specific products by daily monitoring forms and documents.
  • Coordinating with counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses for verification acceptance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
  • At least one year of relevant Warehousing experience in any industry.
  • MHE operations knowledge is an advantage.
  • Attention to details and good interpersonal skills are required.
  • Amenability to work in a specific location is essential.
