Technical Support Role

MCI is seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join their team.

This critical role involves providing timely and effective technical assistance via phone, chat, or email to customers experiencing issues with products or services.

As the primary point of contact, you will utilize your excellent communication skills to guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer first-level technical support via phone, chat, or email.

  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in the system.
  • Elevate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary.
  • A basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting is expected.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
