Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing by working across a variety of platforms and channels.

You will be responsible for delivering tactical marketing tasks including content creation, social media management, email marketing campaigns, website updates, data analysis and reporting, CRM management, and budget monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with writing and editing marketing content with the assistance of AI (e.g. blogs, social media posts, landing pages)
  • Produce simple visual assets using design tools such as Canva and CapCut (e.g. social graphics, videos)
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor engagement and report on performance metrics
  • Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Manage contact lists and optimise email performance through A/B testing and reporting
  • Make basic content updates to websites via CMS (e.g. WordPress)
  • Coordinate with developers for more complex changes
  • Compile performance data from various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce)
  • Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Maintain and update CRM data
  • Support lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey tracking
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator role
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (or eager to learn)
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic about marketing and eager to develop in a hands-on role
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
