Job Overview:

This role involves tailoring cybersecurity protocols to support client security journeys. The analyst will assist with security assessments, technical implementation projects, and provide security education.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute elements and projects within a security program
  • Work directly with clients to understand their operations and tailor security policies and procedures
  • Serve as subject matter expert of a security education platform
  • Design and deploy phishing tests to clients regularly
  • Provide compliance audit readiness support as required
  • Provision, implement, and manage a Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform for clients
  • Develop tools and techniques to automate human-intensive tasks
  • Document best practice procedures for commonly used technologies
  • Identify system misconfigurations and recommend solutions to clients, and assist where necessary
  • Capture regular metrics highlighting key activities, measurable accomplishments, and blockers
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Security Technologies, Information Security, Business Resilience, Technology Risk or related fields
  • External-facing client experience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal audiences
  • Understanding of cybersecurity domains, including Security Operations, Security Engineering, Information Risk Management, etc.
