Green Asia Construction & Development Corp. is a client-focused construction organization providing multi-disciplinary construction services across various building and infrastructure market sectors.

We are seeking a highly dependable Planning Engineer to oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare construction schedules, bar charts, CPM, and S-Curve.
  • Develop manpower loading, equipment loading, and material procurement plans.
  • Compute cumulative scheduled percentage weights for a given period.
  • Provide HR with manpower loading requirements.
  • Monitor manpower loading (actual vs. scheduled).

Requirements:

  • Graduate of B.S. in Civil Engineering course.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in high-rise building construction and land development.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in PRIMAVERA P6, MS PROJECT, and MS Word and Excel.
  • Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction project.

The salary will be discussed upon application.
