Job Overview

This role is a key opportunity to join our team as a Virtual Assistant, working with a private investigation agency on various projects. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and efficiently, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Engagement & Sales:
    • Qualify inbound leads, book appointments, and close deals with hot prospects over the phone.
    • Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects.
    • Follow up on warm leads via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Monitor and respond to comments/messages on business social media pages.
    • Share and schedule content to maintain consistent engagement.
    • Assist in growing our online presence through outreach.
  • Administrative & Marketing Support:
    • Draft and send email campaigns to prospects and clients.
    • Provide weekly reports on calls, appointments set, and social engagement metrics.
