- Monitor and optimize content performance by tracking traffic, engagement, leads, and pipeline influence, and refine the approach continuously.
- Stay current on industry trends in CX, EX, and BPO to inform timely commentary.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table by staying informed about emerging channels, shifting algorithms, and new B2B trends.
