About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Team Lead to take ownership of a high-performing team and drive business success. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements
