Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fulfill the role of Land Development Designer. The ideal candidate will create precise and visually appealing CAD designs for landscaping projects, requiring a strong understanding of landscape drafting principles and the ability to interpret project requirements.

This position involves developing detailed CAD drawings and designs, collaborating with architects and project managers, interpreting plans, modifying existing drawings, ensuring designs adhere to local codes, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive CAD drawings and designs for land development projects
  • Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications
  • Interpret land development plans and translate them into high-quality CAD drawings
  • Modify existing CAD drawings as required based on project updates or client feedback
  • Ensure designs adhere to local zoning laws and regulations
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CAD Designer with a focus on land development projects
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Strong understanding of landscape architecture and design principles
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and zoning laws
