Job Title: Monetary Donations Specialist

This role entails supporting a nonprofit organization by accurately recording monetary donations using specialized software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enter donation data into the system efficiently and accurately.
  2. Maintain and update donation records in Excel, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to donors via phone and email, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  4. Make follow-up calls when necessary to ensure donor satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  5. Generate donation reports as required, providing valuable insights for organizational decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience with Excel and QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, ensuring high-quality results.
  3. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with donors and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Prior experience in donation management or the nonprofit sector is desirable but not mandatory.
