About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Resource Mobilization Specialist to join the Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding and resources to support the organisation's critical initiatives and programmes.

What you'll be doing

  • Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants, donations, and partnerships
  • Develop and write compelling funding proposals and grant applications to secure resources
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective donors and funding partners
  • Organise and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to engage the community and raise awareness
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of resource mobilization efforts
  • Collaborate with the programme and marketing teams to align resource mobilization strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or development roles
  • Demonstrated success in securing funding from a variety of sources, including grants, donations, and partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive proposals in English
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate funding opportunities
  • Proficient in project management, budgeting, reporting and Gdrives
  • Familiarity with the non-profit sector and understanding of the local funding landscape
  • Passion for the mission and values of the Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation
