Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks, freeing up time for strategic planning and sales growth. This includes creating print-ready artwork, designing catalogues, managing website content updates, and scheduling social media posts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and updating brochures, flyers, seasonal promotional materials, and catalogues
  • Producing and updating business cards, email signatures, uniform artwork, fleet signage concepts
  • Scheduling and posting social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Liaising with printers, suppliers, and third parties to ensure smooth production
  • Managing website content updates (WordPress – images, product info, basic copy changes)
  • Sourcing promotional gear/merchandise (research, contacting suppliers, presenting options)
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role
  • Strong design skills — confident using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues
  • Familiar with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Creative thinker — happy to contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
About the Role

This is a part-time role, with 2–4 hours/day initially. The start date is within the next 4–6 weeks, and the long-term plan is to grow this role into a stable position for the right person. You can expect varied, creative projects every month, from trade show campaigns to seasonal promotions.
