Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive marketing coordinator to support our client's marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on Shopify product management, email campaign execution, and digital content creation.

The ideal candidate is experienced in both technical e-commerce support and marketing operations, able to manage shifting priorities, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Incorporate graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Canva templates, ensuring visual consistency following brand guidelines
  • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency, tracking metrics and providing feedback for ongoing optimization
  • Upload new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes), maintaining page formatting and consistency across products
  • Write/edit SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles, repurposing Canva assets into custom email graphics or product visuals as needed
  • Edit product and marketing images in Adobe Photoshop, assisting with basic photo editing for new inventory
Project & Task Management:
  • Use Asana to manage and update daily tasks, providing consistent status updates and communicating regularly via Slack
  • Coordinate with the team on shifting task priorities and timelines, ensuring seamless project execution
Digital Marketing Support:
  • Provide light support in Facebook Ads and Google Ads, uploading creatives and preparing drafts as needed
  • Collaborate on future growth marketing projects, leveraging bandwidth to drive business results
Requirements:
  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Strong experience with Shopify: product uploads, product page creation, SEO-optimized descriptions
  • Skilled in using Canva templates and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiar with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent
  • Experience using Asana or other PM tools to manage daily tasks
  • Prior DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience, detail-oriented with strong reporting and communication skills
