Strategic Human Resources Partner

As a key member of the technology business division, the Strategic Human Resources Partner will serve as a vital link between human resources functions and technology initiatives. The role involves aligning HR strategies with the specific needs and goals of the business unit, while understanding both HR policies and practices and the technology landscape.

The successful candidate will drive HR initiatives aligned with the division's business strategy, ensuring key topics receive proper visibility and prioritization. This includes derivation of personnel planning, budget planning for qualification measures based on business planning and strategy, and partnering with technology leaders to understand business objectives and align them into effective HR strategies.

The ideal candidate will ensure HR policies and processes are effectively implemented and communicated within the technology business units, utilizing and analyzing data to improve HR processes and employee experience. Additionally, they will monitor performance management aligned with tech team goals, work closely with recruitment teams, and develop strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.

Key qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, a strong HR generalist background, and excellent ability in understanding complex organizations and topics. Prior experience working within the technology industry or with technology teams is highly desirable. Ability to use data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives is also essential.

For this role, we are seeking an individual with high service orientation, good analytical and conceptual skills, assertiveness, and negotiating skills. An authentic personality who builds trusting relationships with the business, employee representatives, and the team is required. The successful candidate will be able to achieve optimal results under changing conditions through very good prioritization, project management skills, efficiency, and pragmatism.
