Financial Accountant Job OpportunityAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, manage financial data, and ensure accurate reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with expertise in accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all financial data.
    • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com, reviewing and processing vendor invoices, employee expenses, and client billings.
    • Ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of payables, maintaining cash flow and minimizing debt.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance:
    • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity, adhering to internal policies and external regulations.
    • Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com is required.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
