Job Overview

The Enablement Coordinator will support the development and maintenance of training resources, knowledge base content, and internal processes.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation who are looking to gain hands-on experience in enablement.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can effectively create, manage, and maintain our knowledge base and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a clear and organized Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation.
  • Develop Notion and internal intake systems for clarity and version control.
  • Design knowledge checks, short quizzes to test understanding after key product launches or process updates.
  • Establish a process for quality reviews of new content before publishing.
  • Define V1 of automation and deflection workflows.
  • Produce training materials and internal documentation related to the project.
Requirements
  • Background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation.
  • Experience with knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools (Notion preferred).
  • Understanding of job description drafting and onboarding processes.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Canva.
  • Quick learner, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Organized and capable of managing task follow-ups.
  • Interested in support operations, content workflows, training and quality systems.
