About the Role

The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we're interested in meeting you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and publish job ads in various portals to attract top talent, highlighting the unique aspects of our company culture.
  2. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events, building meaningful connections and relationships.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  4. Screen resumes and job applications to identify the most suitable candidates, using a combination of human intuition and data-driven insights.
  5. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates, assessing their skills and cultural fit.
  6. Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive), making informed decisions based on thorough evaluations.
  7. Track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  8. Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys, gathering valuable feedback and insights to enhance the recruitment experience.
  9. Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring transparency and respect.
